For all of our accounting and tax needs, we turn to Sierra Thomas, founder and CPA of Touché Financial Solutions. Sierra has been an integral part of the #HavenFam for years now and we’re excited that she’s joined our coaching team to support the Haven Community through private one-on-one coaching sessions. Since it’s tax season, what better time than now to showcase this powerhouse and share her entrepreneurial story.
Get to Know Sierra
After obtaining her accounting degree, Sierra spent a decade working is corporate organizations and handling financial risk management. During that time, she noticed a lack of financial understanding from many of the people being served. Within these organizations she also came across people who lacked compassion for the people they were serving. Because of this disconnect, Sierra chose to take her foundation of accounting knowledge and open her own business where she could not only lead with her heart, but passionately inform and educate business owners about their financial systems. This is now the foundation and mission of Touché Financial Solutions.
Touché Financial Solutions is a virtual accounting firm, designed to help businesses understand cash flow, maximize profit margins, and reduce tax liabilities. All with the goal to alleviate any financial burden so business owners can stay in their zone of genius, focusing on their own products and services.
The past couple of years have been especially hard on small business owners, so it’s brought solid accounting systems up the priority list for them. Touché has been helping these small business owners get their systems in place so they can weather the toughest times. Planning for these future unknowns will allow more businesses to survive future events that trigger potential loss of income. They aim to learn, educate, and serve as many and as best as they can through any difficult situation. One day, Touché Financial Solutions will serve even more business owners as Sierra hopes to create a franchise model of CFO accounting firms that serve businesses nationwide.
