How do dedicated desks work?
Dedicated Desks are available at the Haven Collective Mansion. They are set up in a shared private office. You’ll have a desk to call your own where you can set up your monitor and desktop, store your files, meet with clients, and receive mail. It’s a budget-conscious decision for those who prefer a desk to call their own.
How much do private offices cost?
Each private office is priced based on the size and length of the lease. Single-person offices start at $700 per month with a 12-month lease.
Month-to-month up to 24-month leases are also available and alter the price. Furnishings are included with most leases, but month-to-month terms will incur a small fee.
