  2. You are a brand. For many service providers and entrepreneurs, there is no distinction between the business brand and themselves, so embrace it. Don’t leave yourself out of your brand. Customers are attracted to brands that are authentic and transparent, so don’t hide who you are. Your ideal customer will start to build a connection with you through your brand, possibly long before they ever meet you, so jump in with both feet and let them get to know you.
